Granite Palace Terms & Conditions
1. Quotations and Estimates

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Pricing may vary based on material availability, final measurements, and additional customizations.

Estimates are based on provided measurements and subject to change after on-site templating.
2. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to begin fabrication and secure materials.

The remaining 50% balance is due upon installation or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payments can be made via cash, check, or approved digital payment methods. Returned checks may incur a fee.
3. Templates and Measurements
-
Accurate templating must be completed by a Granite Palace technician.

Customers must ensure all cabinetry and appliances are in their final position before templating.
4. Installation
-
Installations are scheduled based on material availability and project readiness.
-
Access to the job site must be clear and safe for our crew to perform the work.

Granite Palace is not responsible for plumbing, electrical, or appliance reconnections.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Orders canceled after templating may incur charges for time, materials, and restocking.

Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance to avoid delay fees.
6. Material Disclaimer

Natural and engineered stones have unique variations in color, veining, and pattern.

Samples are representative but may not exactly match the final installed product.

Minor fissures, pits, or irregularities are normal and not considered defects.
7. Warranty

Granite Palace provides a limited one-year installation warranty against craftsmanship defects.

Manufacturer warranties apply to products like quartz and cabinetry and must be claimed directly with the manufacturer.

Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations.
8. Liability

Granite Palace is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for damages to property due to pre-existing structural issues.
9. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure the worksite is ready and accessible on the scheduled date.

Review and approve final layouts and cuts before fabrication begins.

Inspect completed work and notify us within 72 hours of any concerns.
10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be handled in good faith through mediation before pursuing legal action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina.
